The Loft is newly designed and equipped with modern kitchen appliances including oven/microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.
A total of 7 big windows provide lots of natural light and make it a very friendly and inviting space.
There is cable TV available as well as high-speed internet (100GB).
The space divides in a large combined living room, kitchen and work area. The bedroom with a queen size bed can be separated via 2 big sliding doors. The loft comes with a compact bathroom including a good size shower facility.
The appartement is in a well-kept building on the 4th floor. 2 elevators are available to bring you upstairs.
All along Gran Via as well as in the surrounding areas Malasana and Chueca you will find plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. A perfect location for your trip!
